50 and 50 is a collaborative project where fifty designers are selected have been selected to illustrate their American state's motto.
The designers selected have illustrated the motto's with a limited colour palette of the Star Spangled Banner's red, white and blue. They often focus on distinct parts of the chosen state's identity and often poke fun at it, rather than being overly patriotic.
