Underwater With The Canon D10

These beautiful shots come from a photographer we’ve quietly featured before Alex Cornell. I’m still baffled as to how he achieves such lovely faded and grainy images from digital photography, but he used the waterproof and shockproof Canon Powershot D10 to achieve them, a camera that my friend used regularly as we travelled both the land and see of south Thailand some years ago.

Alex has presented a water-world you want to be a part of, especially when there are dolphins roaming around beside you. The perspective in the last shot and reflection in the water makes the land seem like a toy model taken from an episode of Thunderbirds.
